Juventus had two pretty poor games after the restart of football across Europe. Their first game was against Ac Milan which they drew 0-0 where Cristiano Ronaldo missed a penalty. The second game against Napoli and that was the final of Coppa Italia 2020. They were unable to score a single goal in the first 90 minutes of the game. After the 90 minutes, the game was to be decided on penalties. Juventus lost the penalty shootout 4-2.

It was their second straight final that they lost. So, it was very necessary for them to start the league on a high and send their fans and rivals a message that they are the best team in Italy and probably in Europe. Their first game of the league was against Bologna who were on number 10 on the points table.

It was an away game for Juventus. Pressure on not scoring in the first two games was on them. So, they pressed high form the start of the game. Juve broke the deadlock on 23rd minutes when Ronaldo scored a penalty in the centre of the goal.

Juventus had a lot of chances after that. In 36th minute from a Bernadesci assist, Dybala scored a beautiful curler past the keeper from the edge of the penalty box. So, both of their main players scored a goal in a must-win game.

After that, there were a lot of attacks but all in vain. There were no more goals scored in the match. The matched finished 2-0 much to the delight of their coach Sarri and also their fans.

That win took Juventus 4 points ahead of Lazio Fc on the points table. Lazio is yet to play their first game in the league. They will play their first match tomorrow. Juventus will play against them on July 20th. That match will decide that who will win the league because only these two teams are in contention of winning the league. Rest of them are way too below both of them.

Juventus's next game is against Leece on Friday night. They will again be looking for their main players to strike. Ronaldo has scored a total of 22 goals so far in the league. He will surely be looking to add more to his tally. On the other hand, Dybala has scored 8 goals in his 25 appearances for the club.

It is very likely that their captain who was out injured in the last few games will be back after recovering from it. Also, their main striker Higuain will also make a comeback in the squad. This will surely give them a lot of confidence and give them more energy and depth in the squad.

There will be a very interesting battle between Cristiano Ronaldo and Lazio's main striker Ciro Immobile. They are currently at 22 and 27 respectively. Also, they are in contention of the Uefa golden boot race.

Juventus's coach and their fans will want their team to play like the way they had played yesterday's game. Their fans their team to win the trophy that they are winning for the last 9 years.

Juventus were on the verge of winning their ninth consecutive league title yesterday night. If they could have beaten Udinese in the last match they would have won the league. Cristiano Ronaldo's team was very much favorites to win that match before the start of the game as per their form this season. The defending champions were unable to display their natural game.
